Naeisha will explore breath based meditation, guided meditation, and Yin Yoga to assist you with finding your center. Bess of Aligned Living Studios will explain the use of mala beads during mantra based meditation which a great tactile tool for those of us that have the need to fidget during stillness and meditation.
