Yoga with the Mustangs

Using yoga and mindfulness to assist athletes with learning how to reach their full potential both mentally and physically.

We will be teaching an amazing relaxing stretch session with Morrow High’s Varsity Football Team to get ready for their fall season July 8th & July 18th at 11am! 

Partnering with wellness businesses in the community to teach mindfulness workshops so individuals can learn how to deal with anxiety and symptoms of being highly sensitive.

The Art of Relaxation: Mindfulness, Mantras, & Malas

You've likely heard that meditation and mindfulness practices have the ability to enrich your life by providing relief from stress and anxiety. Perhaps you've started your practice using an app or other modern modalities but still have questions about how to find and keep your center. Come join Licensed Clinical Social Worker & Certified Yoga Instructor, Naeisha Jones, LCSW, CTY-200, CAMS & Certified Chopra Center Primordial Sound Meditation & Pilates Instructor, Bess Shriver of Aligned Living Studios for a 3 hour awesome workshop on how to start your meditation practice. Naeisha will explore breath based meditation, guided meditation, and Yin Yoga to assist you with finding your center. Bess of Aligned Living Studios will explain the use of mala beads during mantra based meditation which a great tactile tool for those of us that have the need to fidget during stillness and meditation.
